Job summary

Lam Research Corporation is seeking a senior CI expert to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and operations. You will design and deliver training, facilitate cross-functional projects, and analyze data to identify opportunities for cost, quality, and delivery improvements.

The role requires a Black Belt certification and 7+ years of experience in semiconductor/manufacturing environments, with strong skills in analytics, problem solving, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Statistics or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in CI/Lean Six Sigma roles.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, Kaizen, 8D, FMEA, and root cause analysis.
• Excellent analytical, training, and coaching skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across functions.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI, Minitab, or other analytical tools.
• Experience developing automation or digital solutions using Python or Power Platform.
• Experience in semiconductor/manufacturing/tech industries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training on Scientific Problem-Solving, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and related methodologies.
• Facilitate Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, Quality Circle, and other CI activities.
• Analyze operational and business data to identify improvement opportunities and performance gaps.
• Support project benefit validation and CI KPI tracking.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and management review materials.
• Facilitate workshops, problem-solving sessions, and knowledge-sharing Lead and facilitate cross-functional improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, cost, delivery, and operational performance.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, 8D, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and other structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Support teams in identifying root causes, implementing solutions, and sustaining results.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal Experience developing automation or digital solutions using Python, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), or similar technologies.
• Experience with Power BI, Minitab, or other analytical tools.
• Experience supporting Continuous Improvement digitalization and operational excellence initiatives.
• Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or technology industries.
