Job summary

Fox Entertainment Global is seeking a Content Sales Assistant to support the APAC and ANZ sales teams. You will assist with account management, materials, and market research, while coordinating cross‑functional activities across Strategy, Legal, Marketing and Finance.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a proactive, client‑facing mindset. The position reports to Directors of Content Sales APAC and ANZ and may involve some travel as required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales, operations, or administrative role within an entertainment/media company.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management abilities.
• Fluent English speaker with professional communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with rights management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day account management and rights listings.
• Prepare sales materials and respond to deliverables queries.
• Support marketing, events, and market research activities.
• Input client and deal data into company systems and generate reports.
• Act as first point of contact for incoming business requests.
• Track content availability and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
