Gough Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Content & Marketing Lead to own strategy and execution for an AI-powered real estate platform. You will work directly with the COO to turn ideas into high-impact campaigns, with freedom to experiment and push creative boundaries.

You’ll lead content creation, social media strategy, and paid campaigns while managing budgets for tools and AI subscriptions, with flexibility to work from home.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in content, social media or marketing.
• Portfolio of content you have filmed and edited.
• Strong video editing, storytelling and motion graphics skills.
• Experience developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with AI tools and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong copywriting and analytical abilities.
• Self-driven, creative and able to present ideas to leadership.
• Ability to turn ideas into measurable results.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute marketing and social media strategies.
• Plan, film and edit engaging short-form videos and reels.
• Create motion graphics, visual effects and branded assets.
• Manage content calendars and publishing across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Write engaging captions, campaign copy and website content.
• Run and optimise paid social campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
• Use AI tools to streamline creative workflows.
• Track performance and report on campaign results.
• Bring fresh ideas, test trends and manage projects from concept to completion.

Experience in property, finance or lifestyle brands, photography, email marketing, SEO or CRM platforms will be highly regarded.
