I'm building the most respected voice in evidence-based marketing in Australia & New Zealand. I need someone to capture it & distribute it. I need a ghost creator that knows how to get attention and filled with ideas for social media.

UNDIVIDED is a top 10 independent media agency. I'm the founder, I've written a book on neuroscience and marketing (launching Feb '27), and I host The Science of Advertising Show podcast (launched 3 months ago). I do speaking gigs, client strategy sessions, and meet with high level CEO's every week. We also work with some of the fastest growing brands (scale ups) in Australia.

I need someone to join my content team with a ideas, a camera and get it live. We've got another project we're launching, which is going to be big.

What'll create and help capture:

• Client strategy sessions (with permission)
• Social media ideas, pull apart ad creatives from all walks of life
• Quick desk captures and behind-the-scenes
• We have a professional studio for weekly podcast (edit / share best bits)

You:

• 2+ years creating content / documentary style (ie. Garry V, Dan Martell, Alex Hermozi etc.)
• Creative, great ideas that get attention
• Comfortable in boardrooms and business settings
• Quick turnaround — rough cuts in 24-48 hours
• Based in Melbourne, available 3-4 days/week

Must know how to create great content on YouTube, Linkedin & Instagram. These are the big 3 to win.

Not looking for:

• Wedding videographers wanting to pivot
• People who need detailed shot lists
• Perfectionists who take weeks to deliver
