Job summary

ACCC is seeking a Content Designer to join our team, delivering clear, accessible content for websites and newsletters. You will collaborate with Senior Content Designers and agency stakeholders to meet user needs and deadlines.

This role requires strong writing and editing skills, experience with website publishing, and a solid understanding of WCAG. You will influence content strategy, follow processes and support a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Experience with website and digital publishing using a CMS.
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility and plain language.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Edit, proof and write content for website and digital platforms.
• Design and publish content that meets style, accessibility and readability standards.
• Support the management of a busy inbox and action tasks from line areas.
• Review, draft and publish content to the ACCC websites and newsletters.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, relevant and clear.
