My Guardian is a leading aged and disability care provider delivering compassionate, person-centred care. We are seeking a Multimedia Content Creator to elevate our brand through powerful, engaging content across social media, newsletters, and other channels.

The role is full-time and on-site at our Head Office. You will produce photos, videos, infographics, blogs, manage the DAM, grow our social channels, optimise content for SEO, and collaborate with teams to tell stories that reflect our

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Experience working with government organisations.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• Strong time management and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality content for social media posts, newsletters, infographics, blogs, and articles.
• Film and produce high-quality video content for various digital platforms.
• Edit videos to deliver polished final products.
• Repurpose existing content and assets for different channels.
• Manage the digital asset management (DAM) system and organise media files.
• Develop and manage the company’s social media presence across platforms.
• Edit and proofread all content to maintain brand tone and quality.
• Create visuals—video, photography, and graphic assets—that are on-brand.
• Collaborate with internal teams to capture stories and campaigns.
• Support digital marketing efforts including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email campaigns.
• Maintain and update website content with SEO in mind.
• Analyse and report on content performance using analytics tools.
• Ensure community engagement across all social platforms.

As our organisation continues to grow, we are seeking a Multimedia Content Creator to meet our digital content production and elevate our brand through powerful, engaging content.

This is not just a marketing role, it’s a content-first, digital storytelling role. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes content creation, from social media campaigns and short-form videos to newsletters and .

The role will be full time, on site at our Head Office.

Key responsibilities include

• Create high-quality content including social media posts (primarily photos and videos), newsletters, infographics, blog posts, and articles.
• Film and create high-quality video content for various digital platforms.
• Edit videos professionally to ensure polished and engaging final products.
• Repurpose existing content and media assets to maximize reach across different channels.
• Manage the digital asset management (DAM) system and establish processes for organizing media files.
• Develop and manage the company’s social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing performance (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Edit and proofread all content to ensure it is well-written and adheres to the company’s tone and brand guidelines.
• Create visually compelling and on-brand content — including video, photography, and graphic assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to capture stories, updates, and campaign moments.
• Support digital marketing efforts including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email campaigns.
• Maintain and update website content, ensuring relevance and optimisation for search engines.
• Analyse and report on content and campaign performance using digital analytics tools.
• Manage and put processes in place to ensure community engagement is taking place across all social platforms.

The successful applicant will have

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Experience working with government organisations.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Superior time management and organisational skills, capable of prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
