As our organisation continues to grow, we are seeking a a Senior Social Media Manager to define our overall social strategy and elevate our brand presence across all digital channels.
This is a strategic, high-impact role. We’re looking for a sharp, commercially minded strategist who can set clear direction, analyse the competitive landscape, and oversee end-to-end execution—from content scheduling and creator partnerships to community engagement and reporting—all while ensuring strict adherence to our brand image and guidelines.
The role will be full time, on site at our Head Office in Olympic Park.
Define, set, and drive the overall social media strategy and digital direction to align with business growth goals
Conduct continuous topical research and trend analysis to keep our brand relevant and timely
Perform ongoing competitor social media analysis and sentiment tracking to identify opportunities and market positioning
Manage, curate, and own the content calendar and scheduling pipeline across all platforms
Liaise with content creators to execute collaborative campaigns, ensuring full alignment with strategy and strict adherence to brand guidelines
Oversee active community management to foster connection and build brand trust while maintaining consistent tone of voice
Drive channel growth with a sharp focus on increasing engagement rates and expanding follower count
Track, analyse, and report on key social metrics to optimize campaign performance and demonstrate ROI
Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field
Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere
Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and various email marketing software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Superior time management and organisational skills, capable of prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
