Job summary

Future Proof, a Perth-based female-led boutique strategic brand and marketing agency, seeks a hands-on Content Creator to balance 60% content creation with 40% social media marketing across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.

You'll plan content, shoot and edit video, craft captions, design feeds, assist with strategy, report performance, and collaborate with in-house experts. Hybrid work and mentorship await in a creative, fast-paced studio.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media.
• Portfolio of short-form video content.
• Experience managing social media across multiple platforms and brands.
• CapCut and Canva proficiency; Adobe/Figma familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage content calendars across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Capture and edit high quality reels, TikTok and static content.
• Write captions and scripting that sound brand-specific, not templated.
• Design social feeds, highlights and stories; support social strategy.
