Job summary

Young Guns Container Crew in Western Australia seeks a proactive Container Unloading Team Supervisor to lead a high‑performing distribution team across Perth locations. You will drive safety, quality and customer outcomes, and coach staff to raise performance.

This full‑time, Monday–Friday role starts early and may include Saturday work. You will lead from the front, develop leaders, and ensure operations meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' leadership experience.
• Experience in the supply chain/logistics sector.
• Ability to coach and develop others to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive high performance across teams and uphold safety standards.
• Plan to meet customer demands and ensure service delivery.
• Lead distribution centre teams to achieve profitable performance.
• Develop future supply chain leaders through coaching and mentoring.
• Roll up your sleeves and lead from the front when required.
• Monitor data, ensure accuracy of reports and drive improvements.
