Job summary

Young Guns is seeking a Team Supervisor to lead a 5-6 person crew in our warehousing operations. You will supervise unloading containers, sorting, labeling, and pallet wrapping, while coaching and training the team.

This hands-on role requires leadership, reliability, and a safety-first mindset. Driver's license and ability to lift heavy boxes are essential; forklift license and police check are advantageous. Immediate start.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience.
• Ability to lead, communicate, and manage a team.
• Driver’s license and access to a legal vehicle.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy boxes.
• Forklift license, Police Check and Container Unloading experience (advantageous)

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a 5–6 person team including Crew Leader and new hires.
• Oversee unloading shipping containers and handling various product types and weights.
• Sort, label and wrap pallets to prepare for dispatch.
• Foster team collaboration, monitor performance, and drive productivity.
