Job summary

Young Guns in New South Wales is seeking a Team Member to work on container and warehouse tasks. No prior container or warehouse experience is required as we train you from Day One, covering paperwork, forklift operation, and our internal data capture system.

Duties include unloading/loading containers, stacking pallets, wrapping, and staging for put-away drivers. The role is physical and repetitive, with safety and team rotation at the core; forklift license support is available through

Qualifications

• No prior container or warehouse experience required. We will train you from Day one.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude are essential.
• Safety is critical and job rotations are in place on all sites.
• Assistance with obtaining forklift license is available in-house.

Responsibilities

• Unload/Load containers until daily workload is complete.
• Physically hand unload freight from shipping containers and build stock onto pallets.
• Wrap pallets and stage them for put-away drivers.
• Work is physical and repetitive, with some team lifts up to 75 lbs.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in job rotation schedules.
