Job summary

Macarthur Labour Services is looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our award-winning crew across Prestons, Ingleburn and Moorebank. No previous warehouse experience is required.

Training is provided, and you bring a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Roles include loading/unloading containers, sorting cartons, stacking pallets, pallet wrapping for dispatch, forklift operation if licensed, and general labour.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required; full training provided.
• Reliability and ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

The Role

• Loading and unloading shipping containers
• Sorting cartons and stacking pallets
• Wrapping and preparing pallets for dispatch
• Operating a forklift, if appropriately licensed
• General warehouse and manual-labouring duties

This is active, physically demanding work involving repeated lifting, bending, reaching and time on your feet. Some tasks are repetitive, and workloads vary. You’ll need to maintain a productive pace while following safe handling procedures and looking out for your teammates.

Previous warehouse or labouring experience is welcome, but reliability, teamwork and a willingness to learn matter just as much. A forklift licence is useful but isn’t required for general labouring positions.

You’ll need a reliable way to reach your allocated site for early starts. Public transport alone may not be suitable for these locations and start times.
