SEC Victoria is seeking a Consumer Analytics & Insight generation professional to explore data across the customer lifecycle and generate practical recommendations. You will work with marketing, customer experience, digital and operations teams to improve customer outcomes and commercial performance.

You will maintain dashboards, monitor metrics, and support data quality and workflow automations while partnering with stakeholders to solve business problems.

Qualifications

• Experience in data, analytics or related discipline with ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Strong reporting capability with dashboards and data visuals (Power BI/Looker Studio).
• Exposure to workflow automation tools and analysing customer journeys to improve outcomes.
