Job summary

Marsh Risk Consulting is seeking a Consultant to join the Climate & Sustainability Risk team. The role is based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, with a hybrid schedule requiring at least three days in the office weekly.

You will deliver consulting projects across physical risk, transition risk, and decarbonisation, supporting clients across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands. You will translate analyses into strategic implications, manage small engagements end to end, and produce

Qualifications

• Three to five years of relevant experience in sustainability, climate change or catastrophe analytics, in consulting or in-house.
• Experience with disclosure standards and frameworks such as ASRS, IFRS/ISSB, ISO14001, GHG Protocol, SBTi and TCFD.
• The ability to work with data and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
