Job summary

NT Health in Darwin is seeking a Staff Specialist Clinician SMO1.1–SMO1.6 to provide clinical psychiatry services at Consultant level within the Top End Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drugs Service. The role also involves contributing to medical student teaching and postgraduate psychiatry training in the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatry program.

Selection will be made at the SC or SSC level depending on experience.

• Provide clinical psychiatry services at Consultant level for Top End Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drugs Service.
• Participate in activities of the Northern Territory Medical Program including teaching medical students and involvement in the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatry Post Graduate Psychiatry Training Program.
