Job summary

CyberCX Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced professional specializing in IAM/PAM to design, implement and manage IDAM solutions for enterprise clients. You will conduct business analysis, require understanding client requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-visibility security outcomes.

Responsibilities include analyzing IDAM processes, defining requirements, and conducting workshops with senior client teams.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in IT implementation projects or cloud services.
  • Familiarity with IdAM vendor products is preferred.
  • Understanding IDAM concepts, processes and policies is desirable.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills across levels.

  • Hit the ground running to understand the program context and integrate with the project team.
  • Engage with customers to provide security solutions, recommendations, and managed services for multiple engagements.
  • Analyse and enhance existing IDAM processes to support complex use cases and ensure system efficiency.
  • Define business requirements, and functional/design specifications.
  • Conduct workshops with client stakeholders across commercial and technical units.
  • Identify gaps in requirements and propose alternatives and process changes.
  • Identify risks and issues with mitigants and drive to resolution.

About the role

  • Propose and implement best practice IDAM processes and policies for clients
Skills & experience
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in IT implementation projects, HR implementation and cloud services type of projects
  • Preferred: experience with market leading IdAM vendor products including CyberArk, Okta, IBM, SailPoint, Dell or Microsoft
  • Understanding of IDAM concepts, processes and policies will be highly regarded
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with an ability to build relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels
