Evolution Mining seeks a Construction Supervisor – Projects for Ernest Henry Operations. In this onsite/FIFO role, you’ll lead construction activities, supervise contractors and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across multiple project scopes.

You’ll coordinate handovers, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement. A trade qualification and experience in mining or heavy industry are essential, with proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

What’sthe opportunity?

As a Construction Supervisor – Projects, you’ll play a key role in delivering capital and sustaining projects across Ernest Henry Operations.

Working closely with contractors, operational teams and project stakeholders, you’ll provide onsite leadership and supervision to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You’ll be responsible for coordinating construction activities, driving contractor performance and ensuring work is completed in line with project schedules, quality requirements and site standards.

This role is ideal for an experienced supervisor who enjoys leading teams in the field, solving problems and delivering successful project outcomes within a complex operational environment.

In this role, you’ll:

• Supervise construction activities and contractor work across multiple project scopes

• Coordinate project execution, handovers and close-out activities
