Job summary

Evolution Mining’s Ernest Henry Operations in Cloncurry is seeking a Construction Supervisor - Projects to lead capital and sustaining works on site. You will coordinate construction activities, manage contractor performance and ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence across multiple scopes.

This role suits a safety-focused leader with a trade qualification and a track record delivering mining or heavy industry projects.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification or relevant construction, maintenance or projects experience.
• Experience supervising contractors and delivering projects within mining, resources, construction or heavy industry.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.

What’s the opportunity?

As a Construction Supervisor - Projects, you'll play a key role in delivering capital and sustaining projects across Ernest Henry Operations.

Working closely with contractors, operational teams and project stakeholders, you'll provide onsite leadership and supervision to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You'll be responsible for coordinating construction activities, driving contractor performance and ensuring work is completed in line with project schedules, quality requirements and site standards.

This role is ideal for an experienced supervisor who enjoys leading teams in the field, solving problems and delivering successful project outcomes within a complex operational environment.
