Evolution Mining is seeking a Construction Supervisor - Projects at Ernest Henry Operations to lead onsite construction and supervise contractor work across multiple project scopes. You will ensure safety, quality and timely delivery while coordinating execution, handovers and close-out activities.

What's the opportunity?

As a Construction Supervisor - Projects, you'll play a key role in delivering capital and sustaining projects across Ernest Henry Operations.

Working closely with contractors, operational teams and project stakeholders, you'll provide onsite leadership and supervision to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You'll be responsible for coordinating construction activities, driving contractor performance and ensuring work is completed in line with project schedules, quality requirements and site standards.

This role is ideal for an experienced supervisor who enjoys leading teams in the field, solving problems and delivering successful project outcomes within a complex operational environment.

In this role, you'll:
