Job summary

Plantation Homes, part of Henley Properties Group, is seeking experienced Construction Supervisors in Queensland to oversee multiple new home builds. You’ll coordinate scheduling, liaise with suppliers and trades, and drive safe, efficient site operations.

You’ll bring a solid carpentry background, a Cert IV in Building & Construction, and a QLD Site Supervisor’s license, plus a current driver's license. Join a team-focused culture that values professionalism and delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising multiple new home builds/sites.
• Trade background, preferably carpentry, with supervision scope.
• Cert IV in Building & Construction and a QLD Site Supervisor's license.
• Current, clean driver’s license and strong safety focus.
• Clear communicator capable of liaising with trades, customers and teams.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience supervising multiple new home builds / sites simultaneously.
• You boast a solid trade background - preferably in Carpentry.
• You hold a Cert IV in Building & Construction and a QLD Site Supervisor's license.
• You possess a current, clean driver's license.
• You're a safety champion. Ensuring a safe worksite for all employees and subcontractors.
• You're a strong communicator with the ability to build trust with all stakeholders, including team members, customers, and trades.
