Job summary

ATCO Structures & Logistics is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor (PMC) to join the Dandenong team on a 6-month full-time contract. You will oversee site installation and delivery, coordinating trades, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure safety, quality and on-time performance.

Reporting to the Permanent Modular Construction Manager, you will review SWMS, manage schedules, maintain client relationships and ensure compliance with safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Building & Construction (or equivalent).
• Experience as Construction Supervisor, Foreman, Leading Hand or similar.
• Trade background in carpentry, electrical, plumbing or related construction disciplines.
• Strong understanding of site safety and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead, coordinate multiple contractors and trades.
• Current White Card and Driver's Licence; Forklift Licence desirable.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Reporting to the Permanent Modular Construction Manager, you will oversee all aspects of site installation and project delivery, coordinating trades, subcontractors, suppliers and clients throughout the construction process.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising modular building installations across multiple project sites

Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers to ensure project success

Monitoring installation schedules and site progress to achieve project deadlines

Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders on site

Reviewing and approving SWMS, risk assessments and site documentation

Ensuring compliance with ATCO and client safety requirements

Identifying and resolving project, operational and scheduling issues

Providing regular progress updates to management

Maintaining strong client relationships throughout project delivery

Completing all installation documentation accurately and within required timeframes

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Certificate IV in Building & Construction (or equivalent)

Previous experience as a Construction Supervisor, Foreman, Leading Hand or similar role

Trade background in carpentry, electrical, plumbing or related construction disciplines

Strong understanding of construction site safety and compliance requirements

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

A positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach

Ability to lead, motivate and coordinate multiple contractors and trades

Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills

Current White Card and Driver's Licence

Forklift Licence (desirable)

Experience delivering education, commercial or modular construction projects will be highly regarded.
