Job summary

UGL Limited is seeking Construction Supervisors to support fuel terminals, bulk storage facilities, and refinery infrastructure projects in Australia. You will lead construction activities, coordinate site teams and ensure work is performed to drawings, standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified or demonstrated experience supervising construction activities within industrial, energy or infrastructure environments.
• Proven experience in fuel terminals, bulk storage facilities, oil & gas, petrochemical, utilities, ports or other high‑risk industrial sectors.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, construction specifications, project schedules and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise construction activities across fuel terminals, bulk storage facilities, tank farms, pipelines and associated infrastructure projects, ensuring safe and efficient project delivery.
• Coordinate and manage site personnel, subcontractors, equipment and materials to achieve construction milestones, schedules and project objectives.
• Ensure all construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements and regulatory obligations.
• Monitor site progress, productivity and workforce performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues that may impact project delivery.
• Drive a strong safety culture through effective planning, risk management, toolbox talks, permit compliance and adherence to site procedures.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, operations personnel and contractors to support brownfield upgrades, shutdowns, capital projects and commissioning activities.
