Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead a team across multiple residential projects in the Western suburbs. This permanent role reports to senior management and focuses on safe, on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.

You will oversee a team of Construction and Site Supervisors, drive performance across build programmes, and collaborate with trades, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in volume residential construction with leadership roles.
• Experience managing multiple supervisors and a large project pipeline.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, programming, budgets and KPIs.
• Experience managing trades, subcontractors, and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of WHS compliance, building regs, and quality control standards.

Our client is an established residential home builder with a strong pipeline of projects and a reputation for quality construction. They are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor - based in the Western suburbs of Brisbane to step into a senior leadership role overseeing multiple residential projects across their portfolio. Reporting to senior management on a permanent basis, you will lead a team of Construction and Site Supervisors, drive performance across build programmes, and ensure homes are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a consistently high standard.

• Lead and mentor a team of Construction and Site Supervisors across multiple residential projects
• Drive construction performance, quality, and productivity while maintaining strict compliance with WHS and building regulations
• Work collaboratively with trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to deliver exceptional outcomes and customer experience

Preferred Requirements

• Significant experience in volume residential construction, with a proven track record as a Construction Manager, Building Manager, Area Manager, or Senior Building Supervisor
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience managing multiple supervisors and a substantial pipeline of residential builds
• Excellent knowledge of residential construction processes, programming, budgets, and operational KPIs
• Demonstrated experience managing trades, subcontractors, and suppliers, with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Sound understanding of WHS compliance, building regulations, and quality control standards in a construction environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant building qualifications and licenses appropriate to the construction industry
• Formal training or certification in construction management or site supervision
• Evidence of professional development in leadership, project management, or construction operations
