Job summary

Core Group, recruiting on behalf of our client, seeks an experienced Construction Storekeeper in Cardiff. A valid Counterbalance FLT licence and CSCS card are essential, with duties including receiving, checking and storing goods to keep stock accurate.

Working Monday to Friday, 07:30–17:15, this full-time role offers stable hours and the chance to work with a well-established client. Salary is £15–£16 per hour DOE.

Qualifications

• FLT Counterbalance licence is essential.
• Experience in stores or logistics roles is required.
• CSCS card is essential.
• Ability to perform manual handling when required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, checking and storing goods.
• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Moving stock and materials around the warehouse/stores.
• Picking and preparing materials for dispatch.
• Maintaining accurate stock levels and records.
• Keeping the stores and warehouse areas clean and organised.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Supporting the wider warehouse/stores team as required.
