Job summary

CSR Springboard in Welshpool, WA, is hiring a Warehouse Operator for a full-time day shift (7:00am–3:30pm, Mon–Fri). You will join a small logistics team to pick, pack, and despatch orders, operate a counterbalance forklift, and help maintain safe, accurate warehouse operations.

Ideal candidates have a forklift licence, warehouse experience, ability to lift 25kg+, basic computer skills, and a strong safety mindset. White Card is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence (Counterbalance) is essential.
• Experience in warehouse operations is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25kg and handle plasterboard safely.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn WMS.
• Strong communication and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Picking and preparing customer orders for despatch.
• Coordinating loading/unloading of vehicles with the despatch officer.
• Operating a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Monitoring driver inductions and site safety compliance.
• Maintaining accurate despatch paperwork.
• Contributing to a positive warehouse environment.
