Job summary

Capral is hiring a Warehouse Operator / Storeperson at the Cardiff Distribution Centre. The role offers a hands-on job with variety, a supportive team and potential for long-term growth within a large national company.

You’ll handle receiving, stock checks, order picking, packing, loading deliveries and helping keep the warehouse safe and efficient. Ideal candidates have recent warehouse or store experience, a current LF forklift licence and good computer skills.

About the Role

No two days are exactly the same.

You’ll work across our warehouse operations, from receiving and checking incoming stock through to picking and preparing customer orders, organising deliveries and loading vehicles.

You’ll be part of a close-knit team that works together to keep the warehouse safe, organised and running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
• Loading and unloading company and customer vehicles using a forklift
• Receiving, checking and putting away incoming stock
• Booking couriers and coordinating deliveriesMaintaining accurate inventory and stock control
• Completing basic SAP transactions
• Helping keep the warehouse safe, organised and running efficiently

You’re reliable, self‑motivated and enjoy working as part of a team. You take pride in doing a good job, have a strong focus on safety and are happy to lend a hand when needed.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
