Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking a Casual Construction Assistant to join our team for ongoing site work across residential and commercial projects. You will perform general labouring tasks, assist tradespeople, and help with site setup, cleanup and material handling.

Earn $35.11 per hour with 11.5% superannuation and a $22 daily travel allowance. Typical weekly earnings start around $1,400+, with regular shifts and pathways into permanent roles where available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card required.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality.
