Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking a Casual Construction Assistant to support builders, landscapers, and industrial sites. Earn $35.11 per hour with typical weekly earnings around $1,400+, plus 11.5% super and a $22 daily travel allowance.

Immediate start with ongoing casual assignments and potential permanent work. You will perform varied labour tasks on commercial and residential projects, assist tradespeople, and help with site preparation and clean-up.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card.
• Current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred).
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality.

• Site preparation and clean-up.
• Wheelbarrowing materials.
• Digging and trenching.
• Lifting and carrying materials.
