Job Description

The Site Cadet provides on-site support to the construction team, gaining hands‑on experience in the daily operations of a construction site. This role offers exposure to site supervision, safety and environmental management, and coordination tasks, laying the foundation for a future career in site management or construction engineering.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong willingness to learn, with a proactive attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology (desirable but not required).
• Demonstrates a consistent track record of upholding Dasco’s core values of excellence, respect, partnership, reliability, and safety in all aspects of work, with a proactive approach to applying these principles in day‑to‑day responsibilities.
