LOD (LawyersOnDemand) is partnering with a leading national construction and projects business to appoint an experienced Legal Counsel. This 6-month assignment requires an immediate start and offers potential extension.

You will support large-scale construction projects, draft and negotiate agreements, and provide commercially focused legal guidance to project teams. Ideal candidates have 4-10 years PQE in construction/infrastructure law, strong front-end experience, and proven ability to manage

Qualifications

• 4-10 years PQE in construction, projects or infrastructure law.
• Strong front-end construction experience, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction and project agreements.
• Able to provide commercially pragmatic legal advice to a broad range of stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across the business.

Responsabilités

• Support the legal aspects of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects from inception through to delivery.
• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of construction, project and commercial agreements.
• Provide commercially focused legal advice to project teams and business stakeholders.
• Advise on contract risk, procurement and project-related issues.
