The Opportunity Hub UK Ltd is seeking a Project Manager (Construction) to lead live projects in Newcastle from pre-construction through handover. You will manage budget, schedule and quality while coordinating subcontractors and site teams.

You will chair meetings, monitor risk and safety compliance, and report progress to senior management and clients in clear terms. The role offers genuine progression within a growing SME in the Property & Construction sector.

Formación

• Experience managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Knowledge of UK building regulations, CDM, and health and safety law.
• Ability to read programmes, budgets and technical drawings.
• Strong communication with clients, contractors and team.
• Relevant qualification (HNC or degree in construction management) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage live construction projects from pre-start to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Chair site meetings and progress reviews and turn decisions into actions.
• Monitor risk, health and safety compliance, and site documentation.
• Report progress and cost to senior management and clients.
• Negotiate with contractors on variations, programme changes and resourcing.
