Job summary

Vine Civil Pty Ltd is seeking a Building Associate to support the coordination and delivery of civil construction projects in Victoria. You will interpret drawings and plans, assist with site inspections, and collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure work aligns with plans, safety standards, and quality requirements.

The role requires a Diploma in Building/Construction/Civil and at least 12 months of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification in Building, Construction Management, Civil Construction or related discipline.
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, plans and documentation.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to support project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning and coordination of civil and building activities across projects.
• Interpret architectural drawings, engineering plans, specifications and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
• Monitor construction progress, report on timelines, costs, quality and compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and report workmanship, materials and methods.
