Job summary

Empire Group is seeking a proactive Program Scheduler to support planning, coordination and delivery of regional construction and maintenance projects. You will maintain schedules, coordinate resources, monitor progress and provide teams with the information needed to meet milestones.

Ideal candidates will have construction scheduling experience and proficiency with project tools like MS Project and Excel, with strong organizational and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in project scheduling, program coordination or workforce planning within construction.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules to support construction and maintenance programs.
• Coordinate resource allocation across current and future projects to meet timeframes.
• Schedule work activities with apprenticeship and delivery teams.
• Prepare program dashboards and reports to track progress and milestones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and scheduling practices.
• Review schedules, identify resourcing issues, and upscale risks where required.
• Forecast workforce needs and liaise with delivery teams for program delivery.
• Monitor project pipelines and support multi-program resource planning.
