Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, parts sales, inventory, warehousing, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiar with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and support for parts enquiries, orders, quotations, and deliveries.
• Build strong customer relationships with loyal customers in the construction equipment industry.
• Source, quote, invoice, and distribute parts accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support warehouse operations when required.
• Champion workplace safety through active participation in WHS initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive timely and reliable service.
• Provide general branch administration and operational support as needed.
