Job summary

Austek Roofing & Cladding is seeking an experienced Lead Operations Manager to drive delivery across multiple NSW projects. You will oversee the operations team, coordinate site supervisors and subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining strong client relationships.

• Background in commercial construction, roofing, cladding, facades, remedial construction, or building envelope projects
• Strong knowledge of project delivery, labour management, and construction methodologies
• Commercially astute with experience managing project budgets and margins
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Enjoys being on site and keeping the vibe positive
• Humble, reliable and approachable; strong sense of accountability and pride in delivering quality work
• Comfortable juggling multiple sites and staying organised

Lead Operations Manager role at Austek Roofing & Cladding, a specialist contractor delivering high-quality roofing and cladding solutions across commercial, industrial, education, government, and remedial projects throughout NSW. Reporting directly to the Director, you will take ownership of project delivery, workforce planning, operational performance, and client relationships. You will lead the operations team, drive accountability, and ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and on schedule.
