Job summary

lululemon Store Development in Australia and New Zealand seeks a Construction Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of new stores, relocations, expansions and renovations from planning through opening.

You will collaborate with regional teams, landlords, consultants and contractors to meet budget, schedule, quality and guest experience goals while driving continuous improvement across the store portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience managing commercial and/or retail construction projects in Australia and New Zealand.
• Ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in tendering, bid package preparation, contractor procurement, subcontractor management, and contract administration.
• Experience delivering retail fit-outs, store renovations, or new store construction projects preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects from due diligence to store opening.
• Partner with regional/local teams, landlords, consultants, contractors and authorities.
• Manage multiple projects with budgets, schedule, quality, safety and guest/educator experience.
• Own procurement: tendering, contractor selection, onboarding and ongoing vendor management.
• Facilitate meetings, design reviews, documentation, and stakeholder reporting.
• Identify risks, remove roadblocks and balance design, budget, timeline and operations.
• Build partnerships across the business to drive alignment and outcomes.
• Visit sites to celebrate milestones and ensure delivery to lululemon standards.
