Job summary

Intract Australia is seeking an experienced Construction Manager – Defence to lead construction delivery across Defence projects from mobilisation through to commissioning, handover and defects close-out.

You will guide site teams, subcontractors and project plans, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery while maintaining robust Defence stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Building or Engineering, or extensive senior site leadership experience.
• 10+ years’ construction management experience on major building or infrastructure projects.
• Defence or government project experience highly regarded.
• Strong leadership, planning and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Defence Security Clearance.
