Job summary

AE Hoskins Building Services is seeking an experienced Construction Operations Manager to lead our Construction division and Estimating function. Reporting to the General Manager, this senior leader will drive project performance, estimating accuracy, profitability and growth.

You will oversee Project Managers and the Estimating team to ensure safe, profitable delivery and effective tendering across Construction, Minor Works and Reactive Maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in construction project management, including senior leadership experience.
• Proven success leading Project Managers and estimating teams.
• Strong commercial knowledge and ability to manage project profitability, forecasting and cashflow.
• Advanced knowledge of estimating, tendering and pricing methodologies.
• Solid understanding of construction contracts and contract administration.
• Strong knowledge of WA building regulations, codes and WHS legislation.

AE Hoskins Building Services is seeking an experienced Construction Operations Manager to lead our Construction division and company-wide Estimating function. Reporting directly to the General Manager and forming part of the Management Team, this senior leadership role will drive project performance, estimating accuracy, profitability and strategic growth across the business.

What you will be doing

As Construction Operations Manager, you will lead our Project Managers and Estimating team to ensure the safe, profitable and successful delivery of construction projects while overseeing tendering and estimating services across Construction, Minor Works and Reactive Maintenance.

You will play a key role in strengthening commercial discipline, supporting business growth and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, programme and cost management.

What we are looking for

Our ideal candidate will bring:
