Minimum 2 years' experience supervising construction or maintenance teams (preferably 3-8 people)
Minimum of 2 years experience on a mine site
Carpentry or Plumbing Cert III Trade certificate and civil construction experience
A current unrestricted driver's licence.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency with unrestricted work rights
Meet Inherent Safety Requirements of the site which mandatorily include (but are not limited to) Clean Shaven, Hard Hats, Safety Boots, safety glasses etc
Ongoing work with accommodation and meals supplied

Supervise and work with a small civil construction/maintenance crew on the surface of an Underground Coal Mine, ensuring they meet project requirements and any changing site needs.
Work in line with SHMS and site requirements
Collaborate with the Construction Manager and client to guarantee that the planned or required work is executed to the highest standards of quality, environmental compliance, and health and safety.
Engage in daily pre-start and toolbox meetings to foster a productive team environment.
Manage direct resourcing allocations in line with project schedule, monitor all ongoing works to identify potential challenges or issues, and provide leadership and assist toward resolution.
Manage client and stakeholder interactions during construction and maintenance activities.
Use electronic systems to allocate resources, record task information and order materials.
Previous 2+ years of experience in a mining supervisory role
Construction Trade certificate and experience (eg. Carpentry Cert III, understanding plumbing, electrical etc)
A current unrestricted driver's licence
S123 & G2 qualifications
Carpentry Cert III or equivalent
CBM/CMWHA and fit for work medicals
Competency with electronic devices.
Civil Machinery tickets (eg. skid steer, backhoe, 8t excavator)
High Risk Work licence
Poly welding experience
