Qualifications

• Experience in construction or civil works is an advantage, but attitude and reliability are just as important.
• White Card is required or preferred.
• Current Victorian Driver's Licence is desirable.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a team environment.
• Ability to work well within a team and contribute to quality workmanship.
• Positive attitude and pride in delivering quality work.

Responsibilities

• General construction and labouring duties.
• Civil earthworks and site preparation.
• Golf course, sports field and racecourse construction.
• Drainage, turf preparation and landscaping works.
• Assisting plant and machinery operators.
• Hand tool and power tool operation.
• Site clean-up and material handling.
• Working safely and maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

Working alongside experienced supervisors, operators and tradespeople, your duties will include:

• General construction and labouring duties

• Civil earthworks and site preparation

• Golf course, sports field and racecourse construction

• Drainage, turf preparation and landscaping works

• Assisting plant and machinery operators

• Hand tool and power tool operation

• Site clean-up and material handling

• Working safely and maintaining a high standard of workmanship

What We're Looking For
