Job summary

GemLife is currently seeking a Labourer & Operator to join our residential construction crew at our Logan Grove site. There’s plenty of work ahead – we expect several years of ongoing projects at this site alone.

As a labourer, your duties include assisting the trades, using power tools, keeping the site clean and tidy, and supporting general labouring tasks as needed. QA Build offers training and growth opportunities for team members.

Qualifications

• Experience as a skilled labourer on a construction site.
• Reliable and able to work with little supervision and as part of a team.
• Current Driver's Licence and White Card.
• Plant Operating tickets are advantageous.
• Strong safety initiative and good communication.
• General knowledge of construction industry and environmental principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist trades and use power tools on site.
• Help keep the site clean and tidy.
• Perform general labouring tasks as directed.
