Job summary

Jobwire is seeking a reliable Construction Labourer for a major residential high-rise project on the Gold Coast, working Monday to Friday with 6:30am starts and overtime opportunities. You will support trades, keep the site clean and safe, and contribute to a single-site assignment through to year-end.

Ideal candidates will have prior labouring experience, be physically fit, hold a White Card, and have reliable transport to site.

• White Card essential.
• Previous construction labouring experience preferred.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Must have own transport to site.

• Moving and distributing building materials around site.
• Assisting tilers with general labouring duties.
• Site cleaning and removing building debris.
• Loading, unloading and handling materials.
• General construction labouring and assisting trades as required.

Looking for consistent work on a major residential construction project? We’re seeking a reliable, physically fit Construction Labourer to join a high-rise residential building project on the Gold Coast, with work available at one location through to the end of the year.

About the Role

You’ll be working on a high-rise residential construction site, supporting trades and keeping the site clean, safe and organised.

Duties will include:

• Moving and distributing building materials around site
• Assisting tilers with general labouring duties
• Site cleaning and removing building debris
• Loading, unloading and handling materials
• General construction labouring and assisting trades as required
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous construction labouring experience preferred
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
• White Card essential
• Must have your own reliable transport to get to site
• Available for an immediate start and ongoing work through to the end of the year
