Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Construction Labourer or in a similar role within construction or landscaping
• Minimum of 1+ years experience in construction or landscaping roles
• Physically capable of performing manual labour tasks with care and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
• A clear commitment to workplace health and safety
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a positive team-focused attitude
• Must have Australian work rights and authorisation to work in Australia

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople with a range of construction and landscaping activities
• Undertake manual labour tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials
• Prepare, maintain, and clean work sites to ensure a safe and organised environment
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Adhere to all workplace health and safety requirements and company procedures
• Hold a valid Construction Induction (White Card) before commencing employment
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification
