Job summary

WorkPac Group is seeking a Landscape Labourer for a role on the Sunshine Coast, Australia. You will assist with landscape construction, including garden beds, turf, edging, and site preparation, while handling digging, backfilling and hardscape installations. You’ll move materials and operate basic tools, maintaining a safe work area.

The position offers a full-time shift from 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with a local, stable role and onboarding to start as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Australian Drivers Licence and reliable transport.
• White construction card is required.
• Reliable and good communication skills for site teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape construction works including garden beds, turf installation, edging and site prep.
• Perform manual excavation, digging, leveling and backfilling for landscaping works.
• Assist with installation of pavers, retaining walls, drainage, irrigation and other hardscape elements.
• Load, unload and move soil, mulch, plants, turf, pavers and materials around site.
• Operate basic hand and power tools and maintain a clean, safe work area.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Landscape Labourer, your duties will involve

• Assist with landscape construction works, including garden beds, turf installation, edging and general site preparation.
• Perform manual excavation, digging, levelling and backfilling for landscaping works.
• Assist with the installation of pavers, retaining walls, drainage, irrigation and other hardscape elements.
• Load, unload and move soil, mulch, plants, turf, pavers and construction materials around site.
• Operate basic hand and power tools and maintain a clean, safe work area in accordance with construction site requirements.

Shift Structure

7am to 5pm Monday to Friday

What is Required

• Drivers Licence + reliable transport

• Reliability and good communication skills!
