Job summary

Lindon Homes in Brisbane is seeking a reliable construction assistant to support daily site operations on our custom home projects. You will help keep sites safe, handle materials, assist carpenters and trades, and help prepare sites for work. Uniforms are provided and company vehicle may be used during work hours.

This is a long-term role with potential for growth within a stable, established team.

Qualifications

• Punctual and physically fit with a keen willingness to learn.
• Previous industry experience preferred.
• Able to use basic tools safely and competently.
• Have a valid driver's licence and construction white card.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the construction site is safe for work.
• Safely pack and store construction materials as directed by site supervisors.
• Assist in the loading, and unloading of construction materials.
• Clear work site and prepare it for the commencement of work.
• Assist carpenters and other trades people in various construction jobs.
