Job summary

Hindmarsh is seeking a Workplace Project Manager for construction and fit-out across Sydney, with a mix of Parramatta office presence and project site work. You will manage plans, budgets and procurement across multiple sites, while ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery.

The role requires extensive experience in construction and fit-out, strong leadership, and effective stakeholder management. A White Card and government project experience are preferred, with a strong focus on

Qualifications

• Five or more years delivering construction and fit-out projects.
• Qualifications in construction management, property, building, PM, engineering or architecture.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts and competing priorities.
• Knowledge of NEC4 contract management and administration.
• Experience using MS Project or Primavera.
• Familiarity with risk, safety, site access, drawing, maintenance and asset management systems.
• Experience with SAP project management, procurement and contracts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from start to close with site focus.
• Drive safety, quality, programme, commercial and client outcomes.
• Mentor multidisciplinary project teams and foster high-performance culture.
• Manage project budgets, cashflow, forecasting and commercial performance.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Oversee programming, procurement and risk management.
