Job summary

Next Level Consulting Solutions in Brisbane is seeking experienced mechanical tradespeople (or strong non-trade candidates) for an afternoon shift to service and maintain construction equipment in a well-run Morningside workshop. This full-time role runs Monday to Thursday with overtime and a long-term pipeline of work.

The position offers a 1pm–11pm shift, a modern workshop, and a strong job pipeline providing stability.

Qualifications

• Mechanical trade qualification or solid hands-on experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Computer literacy for job systems, reporting, etc.
• Reliable, team-focused attitude.
• Own set of hand tools; everything else supplied.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair construction equipment.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
• Work within a team-focused workshop environment.
• Maintain job records using computer systems.
• Support workshop productivity and safety standards.
