Job summary

CNH Industrial Group is seeking a Commercial Business Manager based in St Marys NSW to lead CASE Construction Equipment performance across NZ, QLD and NT. You will own sales, dealer development and customer experience, collaborating with partners and internal teams to deliver growth.

You will drive strategies, build strong dealer relationships and monitor performance to achieve business objectives while aligning with global priorities and APAC regional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum five years in construction equipment industry.
• Strong commercial acumen with sales and business development experience.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial and results-driven with a customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive retail and wholesale performance and market share growth.
• Represent the CASE CE brand with dealers and ensure standards.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with ANZ and global goals.
• Build strong dealer relationships and provide ongoing support.
• Conduct regular dealer visits to review performance and inventory.
• Monitor dealer performance and propose improvements and actions.
• Ensure business plans, forecasts, and programs are completed timely.
• Support dealers in achieving business objectives via sales, marketing, and ops.
• Monitor market activity and pricing; identify opportunities.
• Identify future dealer opportunities and network development needs.
• Identify product knowledge gaps and support training solutions.
• Contribute to Sales & Operations Planning with forecasting and insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Network Development teams across ANZ/APAC.
