Holding Redlich is seeking a talented construction lawyer to join its Queensland Construction, Infrastructure and Projects team. You will manage disputes across transport, social infrastructure, renewables, residential, and commercial sectors, including adjudications and expert determinations, with day-to-day conduct of litigious matters.

You will mentor junior lawyers and paralegals, draft submissions, and work with government bodies and major contractors on high-value matters.

Formación

• At least 4 years PAE, up to SA level, in construction or related litigation.
• Experience with project delivery/back-end construction or infrastructure.
• Sound knowledge of civil procedure and complex dispute resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Manage disputes during and after project delivery, including adjudications and expert determinations.
• Prepare advices, draft evidence and legal submissions for adjudications and determinations.
• Instruct Counsel and technical experts; supervise paralegals and junior lawyers.
• Work with government, developers, and major contractors on high-value matters.
