Job summary

Centina Group is seeking a proactive Construction Aftercare Manager to coordinate the important period after project handover and end-user occupation. You will be the central point between clients, end users, Project Managers, site teams, subcontractors and suppliers when defects or warranty issues arise.

This hands-on role requires ownership, clear communication, and ensuring Procore is used correctly with timely updates to stakeholders. Applications close 6 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction defects, aftercare, warranty, quality, site supervision or project coordination.
• Practical understanding of construction methods, drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Confidence coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams.
• Experience using Procore or a comparable construction management platform.
• Strong organisation, record-keeping and problem-solving skills.
• Clear and professional communication, including when resolving difficult client issues.
• A current driver’s licence, with a White Card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate defects, warranty matters and aftercare requests from receipt through to rectification and client sign-off.
• Act as the primary contact for clients and end users throughout the aftercare process.
• Coordinate inspections, access, scopes, quotations and rectification works with internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure actions, communications, photographs, costs and close-out evidence are accurately recorded in Procore.
• Monitor outstanding actions, follow up delays and escape safety, quality, financial or reputational risks.
• Lead reviews of recurring defects and product failures and recommend practical improvements to senior management.

We are now looking for a proactive Construction Aftercare Manager to coordinate the important period following project handover and end-user occupation.

About the role

You will be the central point of coordination between clients, end users, Project Managers, site teams, subcontractors and suppliers when defects, warranty matters or product performance issues arise.

This is a hands‑on coordination role for someone who takes ownership, communicates confidently and follows matters through to completion. You will ensure Procore is used correctly, stakeholders remain accountable and clients receive clear, timely updates.

What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinate defects, warranty matters and aftercare requests from receipt through to rectification and client sign-off.

Act as the primary contact for clients and end users throughout the aftercare process.

Coordinate inspections, access, scopes, quotations and rectification works with internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers.

About you

You may currently be working as a Defects or Warranty Coordinator, Warranty Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Finishes Foreman, Quality Coordinator or experienced construction Project Coordinator.

You will bring:

• Relevant experience in construction defects, aftercare, warranty, quality, site supervision or project coordination.
• Practical understanding of construction methods, drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Confidence coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams.
• Experience using Procore or a comparable construction management platform.
• Strong organisation, record‑keeping and problem‑solving skills.
• Clear and professional communication, including when resolving difficult client issues.
• A current driver’s licence, with a White Card preferred.

Most importantly, you will be proactive, persistent and comfortable holding people accountable. When an issue arises, you pick up the phone, bring the right people together and keep it moving until it is properly resolved.
